Welcome to DiabloHub @SlashRemix! Great to see you here. Your gear is actually looking pretty good so it looks like you might be ready to jump to some of the specialized gear. The three things you seem to be missing are Critical Hit Damage, Movement Speed and Life on Hit/Life Steal. On a budget, every decision is a choice between survivability, killing speed and Magic Find so you'll probably be making some tough decisions.
Starting with survivability, before you buy any gear, try swapping in the Bloodthirst passive for Brawler. There's a chance that might solve your problem all on its own. If you're looking for more, the most common suggestion is a pair of Blackthorn's Jousting Mail set pants. They come with 100 of each Stat, 10%+ Life%, and 300-400 LoH which is unique to the Pants armor slot. Getting AR on them is going to be expensive, but you may find you don't need it. Depth Diggers are a fantastic way to get MF on a budget, but most people upgrade from them. If you're looking for killing speed, think about using Rend instead of War Cry. Rend is a great skill for killing enemies with high HP and elites. It takes a little bit to get used to using it, but I think you'll like the results. You can also try Hammer of the Ancients as an elite killer, especially with a 2H weapon. Movement Speed (MS) gets you through mobs faster and gets you to the next mob faster. It sounds a little strange, at first, but if you want to increase your killing speed, adding movement speed is probably going to provide the biggest bump. Look for a cheap pair of IK Boots. A most popular option, by far, is Inna's Temperance set pants which come with 8-9% IAS, 12% MS, 1% CC, 2 sockets. Your budget will dictate whether you go for Strength, Vitality or both on them. I think you're to the stage where this is your next purchase. The last thing you seem to be missing is Critical Hit damage. You have quite a bit on your weapon, but I don't see any on your other pieces of equipment. When you're building on a budget, you can't just stock up on trifecta gloves and amulets, but if you surf the AH patiently, you'll be able to find some affordable Str/CC/CD or Str/AS/CD gloves that will increase your dps. If you have the budget, a pair of 150+ Str Immortal King Gauntlets with CD are going to improve both your damage and your survivability with their melee damage reduction % (an important, but overlooked stat). You can likely increase your damage with 10-15 pairs of crafted Strength Razorspikes waiting for a 250+ Strength, CC set, but you're probably going to pay dearly n survivability unless you get really lucky. I like to craft a pair every so often to see if it's an upgrade which is kind of like scratching off a lottery ticket. Maybe you'll get lucky! You have a pretty good setup right now. Look at your budget, price out some new gear options (boots first!) and try out some new skills. |

Thanks for the great suggestions! I have about a 30-50m budget so, hopefully I will be able to find something that can greatly increase my gameplay!
