These items modify the very way certain class skills work. Think of them as runes in legendary item form.

Item Details
Aether Walker

The AetherWalker is a wand that requires level 70 to drop and originally only dropped during the season one for seasonal characters. After season one , it became available again at normal levels. There's more than just its rare property holding this weapon in power! The unique manipulation of Teleport has been replaced with an ability known as Arcane Power; giving you unlimited amounts if Pure Energy while also reducing your cool down time down from 5 seconds all together (to 0) simply by using them normally when equipped onto yourself or another person who owns their own set ( Teleport no longer has a cool down but costs 25 Arcane Power.) The patch 2.3 has introduced some interesting changes to the game that could potentially change how players play! The first of these is a way for you, as an classes with no resources whatsoever and limited abilities at their disposal; get rid of those pesky cool downs by using Teleport instead (all without spending any arcane power points or casting time on top). With Wormhole now available in combat (and free!), there's also another option when traveling across realms via portal devices like seen before...though this trip will cost just 0 cast-time but leave behind 1 second total post Activation.

Wand

Anessazi Edge

The Anessazi Edge that only the most skilled of craftsmen know. The secrets to this blade are held by those who lived on Silzer Plains. This knife can only be equipped by the Witch Doctor. It has an extremely low chance of dropping. The Smart Drop system ensures you'll probably find your next lucky charm in one of these knives. Don't miss out on getting yours. Zombie Dogs stun enemies around them for 1.5 seconds when summoned.

Ceremonial Knife

Angel Hair Braid

The Angel Hair Braid is a mythical belt that can only be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. It requires character level 50 to drop. This item has been seen worn by all classes, but only grants one specific affix-Punish! (Punish gains the effect of every rune.) The unique property gives this piece incredible power as it selects what type of damage you want to inflicted upon your enemies. Belt can also have skill bonuses, and these are treated as normal loot drops for any player that finds them. With the Smart Drop system, this belt will usually roll with whatever class finds it.

Belt

Archmage's Vicalyke

The Legendary Archmage's Visalike is a Wizard Hat found in Diablo III. It requires level 31 to drop. It has a unique property gives each of the Mirror Images an opportunity at splitting into two when destroyed by enemies. The Mirror Images will always be born with two, and they won't receive any bonuses from runes. However, if you don’t have the skill itself then these copies may help fill up your ranks! The Archmage's Vialyke has some redeeming qualities. If the Wizard does not have Mirror Image skill, they can use this to create decoys through other skills and Smart Drop.

Armor of the Kind Regent

The Kind Regent of Taubej took great pleasure in torturing his enemies. His armour is a legendary chest piece that can only be found on those who have incurred Yoels wrath. This item requires level 70 characters to wear and features an impressive passive ability called 'Torture'. This armour is perfect for any Crusader who wants to be an effective fighter. It features special skills that will make them even more dangerous in battle. When you use your Smite skill on its own or combined with other attacks not only do they hit twice but each strike continues further independently. There are some limitations though - if there’s just one enemy within range then this nifty little bonus won't work at all. The Smart Drop system is an innovative way to ensure that chest armour will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate for your class. If you find a piece of gear with +skill bonuses, they're also likely going into skills relevant to what build or roles are needed in battle!
