Only found 2 other items of this type on the GAH with higher INT and attack speed %.
Any thoughts on what I should ask for this? (Never played a Wizard, energy twister?)  |

Its Christmas. You can do a santa drop with that in a public game. Join>drop item in town>watch people scramble to get it>leave.
