I am building up the Barbarian for a while now. Playing the barbarian is the best of all characters. My problem is i want to do mp level 10 but its taking to damn long to walk true. I hope that someone can give me some advice on how my gear looks now and what i can do to improve it. Up till now i was trying to make a decent mix of all the things i needed. Getting a mace with critical hit damage is something that is already on my list.

Welcome aboard! I'd start with getting more CC (you don't have any on your amulet, lacuni's, or helm) and getting the full IK set.

Yeah, you definitely need more crit damage, and you also need to get some more attack speed. Crit chance is the more important stat to get, but to get to the best break point for your tornado tick rates you have to get I think 33% IAS on your gear when using an Echoing Fury and you currently have 17%.

I think the more economical way to improve for you at this point is to not try to get full IK (sorry @Khan :P) because to improve upon your current gear you'll need to get IAS on your gloves, and I believe a pair of trifecta IK gloves is pretty expensive, whereas you can get a pretty good trifecta rare glove with other stuff for quite a bit cheaper.

At least keep two pieces of IKs to keep the resist bonus, but what I suggest is to get a good IK chest, but one that's better than your Blackthorne's will most likely be pretty spendy, so if you want a more economical choice, maybe upgrading to a higher strength Blackthorne's would be better.

"Economical"? Pssh. Who needs that.
