I love selling reduced level items for minimal gains of 100k - 500k.
However, this item is the best reduced level weapon I've ever found and I don't want to make a stupid mistake.

It is as of this post the 5th highest DPS socketed weapon available for a Barb on either the AH or RMAH. I have also never really played a Barb. I'm seeing prices at the AH and RMAH range from 50 million gold up to 400 million gold ($40 on RMAH).

Is that unrealistic?

I'd take that to d2jsp and get better feedback there to see what you have. Don't sell yourself short if you've got a BIS item as that level reduced by16 in insanely nice here.
