Can you afford to lose the Lifesteal the IK belt gives? Does the WH have resist all? In most cases, the WH will give you a very decent DPS increase, but for my own barb, I cant lose the lifesteal, and less RA always hurts. My thoughts.

Basically what @Windvool said. I have the 5 set bonus for low MP farming and the fury regen is awesome. For higher MPs, the life steal becomes even more important against reflect damages.
For 1.0.7, it might be worth going full witching hour for two reasons 1) reflect damage will be easier to deal with 2) PVP, life steal takes backseat to life regen |
