I'd like to compile a comprehensive list of markets in the auction house.

I'm thinking along the lines of a list of all legendaries, what stats to look for on them, and a general idea of what kind of character you're selling to.

I'd also like to compile the most often searched for mods, to help with rare sales, as well as their combinations.

I'm sure there are obvious ones that everyone is aware of, such as cc cd and IAS, but I think there is much more out there than that.

I know all of you AH fiends would be interested in reading, who could help contribute?

You can check out the Item Guide written waaaay back in September which has some out of date information due to Patch 1.0.5 changing the item drop affix levels, but may help as a base.

There was also a niche thread with some good information including a discussion about affix levels and how they impact searching for stats on the AH.

Research put up by Deckard Prospectus notes that ilvl 63 items have a dramatically higher probability of high affix levels which also has a huge impact on which rares are worth to picking up. High Scabbards have been doing well for me in the budget market now that I'm picking them up.
