Damn, you really want this thing price checked - lol. You posted this on redit the other day too. Ok, i'll give you a rundown of how I would value you it. I take a weapon and value it based on "effective" dps - i.e. I convert every stat to a dps value and compare weapons in that manner. This weapon has around 1225 effective dps plus the 7% magic missile damage (I don't know how valuable this is). But lets give the 7% magic missile a 25 dps "value". Therefore, your weapons has an effective 1250 dps. For some perspective - my weapon is worth around 15M and it has 1325 effective dps and 50 vitality. Your weapon also has life leach. I am not 100% sure what this will add to the value. I do know that a 1250 effective dps weapon is worth about 5M - 10M. With your life leach, I would value the weapon at around 15M.

This is how I would value your weapon. However, many people on AH may have different stats and will come up with a slightly different effective dps. There are also many irrational people on the AH who do not accurately calculate effective dps and soley go on dps shown on the weapon. Typically weapons with high base dps sell better than weapons with lower base dps but high stats like int / str. With that being said, you may be able to get 20M for your weapon or more on the AH if you are lucky. If you want it to sell fast, price it at 10M-15M buyout.

Effective dps calculation:
1020 base dps
81 crit dmg ~= 180 dps
44 int ~= 25 dps
% magic missle ~= 25 dps
