Bloodthirst in inferno

Asking for info as I didn't have the time to test it myself.

Question: does this passive always give the 3 % of damage dealt or is it caped in higher difficulties like it is for weapons and barb belt?

Additional info: interested in reactivating my barb on HC (EU) so the answer will help anyway.

@h3llo It adds 3% Life Steal as if it were another piece of gear so it is reduced on Inferno just as if you had added it on a piece of gear. It's still probably worth the passive slot when combined with a 2.8-3% belt. I don't really notice 3% LS on my SC Barb, but I do notice 6% LS. With the proc coeff so low on most Barb skills, LoH doesn't always do all that much for you. ymmv.

Thanks for making this clear @ecocd
Now I know that my barb will need more damage and a good belt.
Sorry for late response but RL catches me atm.

I have a Lamentation or 2 if you need one. Hit me up sometime after 6pm Central time.

Do people wear a Lamentation over an IK Belt?

I did at first as you get more str with those for a lot less gold. I then went to IK for a little less DPS, but better resistance and the Set bonus. I really didn't see a lot of bonus as i expected. Found a pretty decent WH belt not long ago and have been using that ever since.

Thank you for the offer @Stukthrtl but HC I'm playing on EU servers (hard enough with those spikes and rubberbanding).
Since 1.07 hit it's getting worse more and more. And there is a barb/monk/wiz and dh to be leveled to 60 on HC here. Lost 2 close to 60.
