Looks like my shoulders need upgrading. What is the name of the website that explains the max stats that can roll on a certain item?

Is a socketed echoing fury with crit damage but no strenght worth purchasing?

Any items worth upgrading?

You can find Max Stats right here on DiabloHub. Link. Keep in mind Legendaries can (rarely) exceed those stats and all 1.0.7 craftables can exceed them now.

Which Echoing Fury you should have depends a lot on your current equipment, namely Crit Chance, Crit Damage and the level of Emerald you have available. The more CC you have, the more benefit you will get out of CD. The more CD you have, the less of an increase you'll see from more CD, but it has to be really high (like 400+%) before you pass on more CD. If you have two similar dps EF's and at least 35% CC, I would say you're more likely to get more damage out of a Radiant Star Emerald than +180 Strength. You really can't go wrong with either.

Regarding your equipment, it's a little unusual to see someone with your level of equipment to be lacking either a good pair of Blackthorne's Jousting Mail pants (great for survivability, because they come with LoH) or Inna's Temperance pants (with IAS and MS).

You'll probably want to look into the new crafting recipes introduced in patch 1.0.7. Almost everyone has given up their Lacuni Prowlers for a very nice set of crafted Razorspikes of _stat_. It probably won't take more than 30 crafts or so to get at least a 4.5% CC, 250+ Strength Razorspikes which will increase your dps noticeably. If you move to Inna's Pants, you replace IAS and MS you're losing from dropping the Lacuni Prowlers.

Your shoulders and gloves are quite good right now. They can both get better if you do enough crafting, but I wouldn't make them a priority.

Every once in a while, you can find a good deal on a 201+ Strength Mempo on the AH. Remember Strength counts as Armor so if you can find something with 250 Strength, you're gaining back a little of the Armor bonus you would lose by moving away from your current Mempo. 10 Int = 1 AR and 500 total Dex gets you up to 20% Dodge (which most Barbs seem to ignore) so there's a smidgen of value in each of those auxillary stats on a Mempo.

If you don't have a Hellfire Ring yet, there are quite a few people around here that are willing to run the Uber bosses, especially if you have any Demonic Machines to contribute to the run (but oftentimes even if you don't). You can look at one of Uber running threads in the General Discussion here on DiabloHub to get a party together.
