What should I look for in a crafted upgrade?

I have some really nice bracers that I found:

252 armor
175 Intelligence
51 vitality
41 poison resistance
115 thorns
6% Critical hit chance
4% ranged damage reduction

Seems to me that crafted bracers would need to have the following to be better:

200+ intelligence (a freebie of course)
6% critical hit chance
100+ vitality
70+ all resist
+armor

what else should I look for?

I would say don't overlook melee and/or damage reduction. As a wizard, you probably don't get hit much so that may not be a big deal, but it's a valuable stat easily overlooked. Otherwise, I think you've hit the high points. Oh, and Magic Find, of course.

You're looking for Best in Class equipment with 6% CC + Vit + AR + Armor, so settle in for a very long crafting session. You could craft 500 bracers wihtout hitting that combination ... or maybe you hit one on your 5th try. Who knows? Hooray random number generators!

Yeah, the intimidating part of this is the RNG. I got really lucky on my first glove roll - not quite the trifecta but CC and CHD near max.

Hoping I get as lucky this time!
