Hey guys, I'm looking for some help. I have been looking for some upgrades but I don't really have a clear idea of what I should upgrade. I am doing ok on mp7 but I want to really be able to get up to mp10.

I don't play Barbarian, but the most basic thing I can see to upgrade would be to get sockets in your two weapons & then put emeralds in 'em. You're missing out on an easy 200% Critical Hit Damage right there.

Also, if you have $ to spare, go ahead & upgrade your gems. I see a ton of radiant square and star gems in your equipment.

Your life seems kind of low for a barbarian, especially if you're hoping to tackle MP10. If it's too expensive upgrading to higher quality rubies, maybe get some high quality amethysts in some of those slots instead to boost your EHP?

Lastly, just out of curiosity, why are you using a Bul-Kathos's Wedding Band? It seems like an odd choice, especially since you're a level 60(37) Barbarian who is still using an iLvl 58~59 ring. Seems like you could switch that out with something so much better for not too much gold. Perhaps a good Littany's or Wailing Host?
