What is the best way to get my battle.net balance into my paypal account? I have about $53 in Battle.net that is useless to me.
Is it best to buy gold and resell it on the RMAH? Thanks for any help! |
Converting Battle.net Balance to PayPal

I'm guessing my thread inspired you......
This one is easy. Find an item that is priced correctly in the RMAH. Buy it. Sell it, sending funds to paypal. Conversion minus $1. Good luck! |

Quickest way is either Gold or Gems.

The problem with Gold and Gems are the 15% extra tax on commodities.
You can buy and sell gold, and get $37.10 once the fees to battle.net and paypal are paid. Or you can buy an item for $50, pay the $1 fee, and get $41.65 after the paypal tax. Personally, I'd just buy the gems you need from the RMAH, and if you're making marquise for all your characters, that should use the majority right there. |

The problem is the selling the item part. :)

Ahh, I never thought of that. The best options would probably be to have a friend put up a crappy item on RMAH for $53, have me buy it, and then have the friend transfer the money back to me via PayPal. However, everyone I know stopped playing D3 long ago.
Nuhertz, your idea of buying an item with my RMAH money and reselling it as a PayPal auction sounds like a good bet. I'll just have to make a leap of faith in buying something I'll be able to resell! |

@Rhymnoceros24 Holy genius. I have some work to do.....
All you'd need is two Diablo accounts. PayPal allows you to use alternate email addresses. As for items, Spectrums are selling fairly well lately. Anything 600+ DPS listed within an hour is a good bet. |

Save it to purchase the expansion?

I've recently taken 2b in gold and turned it into $64. That $64 is after all the PayPal and RMAH fees. I have gold that I have no desire to spend in the game anymore, so I just bought items that were underpriced on the gold AH and sold on the RMAH.
I figure it would have been around $40 if I just sold the gold. Go me. |
