Currently I have around 1200 loh on my tank barb. I would like to unspec it, and replace it with life regen, as LoH gets expensive and restricts what you can get for gear. What should I look for in terms of numbers to replace my LoH with regen?

Contrary to popular belief you don't NEED any kind of healing on your gear if you have enough EHP with a high life pool for massive revenge. With an upcoming monster damage nerf you should need it even less.
If you want to see something similar to what your life regen is now thou I would say over 3000.. |

Thanks much! i think my ultimate plan now is to follow my dream of being a two-hander throw barb, but i'll keep that in mind for poping massive revenges.

You might want to aim for lifesteal, with richochet and harpoon, that's a lot of hits. Also, consider 300th spear for throw barb.

Im speculating loh and ll will get overcome with the pvp system. I dont think u can leach enough life from enemy players.
