I really hate the windowed mode and want to play it fullscreen, but while playing hardcore, sometimes windows just minimizes the d3 client or another program tries to steal focus... Is there a way to force d3 client to never lose focus unless I MANUALLY alt-tab?

Posting here since it's not a huge deal in non-hardcore... other players probably won't care that much about this.
