Unfortunately, I do not think that is worth much. I usually see those types of items with a good roll on a primary stat.

That is worth something to the correct person. Specifically a guy who loves life regen. 599 is the most you can get on an amulet, chest or Sky Splitter. Every other slot maxes out at 342.
