I am having a hard time understanding pricing on the hardcore auction house. It seems like pricing my items either get bought instantly or they never sell. I never feel like I get a fair amount for my items. I can't just search the auction house for similar prices very easily because the item density just isn't there. Any advice?

All i can say is just check check and check again. When i price check items i search for things similar first, with a buy out as low as 50k and slowly going up. Generally (for most items) i eventually start to see similar items around the same price, and then i go from there. I don't use the hardcore AH but id assume it's the same just cheaper items. Also side note, I think Kojasou and Anuiran were planning a tool to pricecheck items, not sure if they are still working on that though. Anyway Good luck selling :D
