In the last week I have noticed less RMAH sales. It's much slower for me to get a sale.

Am I just listing junk that no one wants, or is everyone else noticing the same slowdown?

I think some people now are holding off on AH dealings till after the patch hits and are in a wait and see mode. Maybe they would rather take a chance at the new crafting items rather than spend X millions on an upgrade. Also some people are on the PTR and spending less time on the live servers, so there goes some of the traffic. It's been slower for me, but still got some RMAH sales here and there.

My nat's rings are still selling and I've managed to move some 500k Unity rings for $1.50 to $3.00 a piece. I'm moving about 3 rings total per day. Nothing spectacular as far as money is concerned but buyers are still out there.

I actually sold a 100k homunculus for $1.25 a couple days ago. :P

But other than that, I'm still selling rings and even a couple odds and ends on it. At least 1 thing a day.

The infamous Homunculus! Still don't like exploding dogs that much to buy one.

I take it back, sold around 20 items today. The weekend has never been that slow, but I've also never had a Monday that good. Looks like RNG strikes again. :)

Very nice! I haven't had a day quite as good as that. I did have a $23.00 AF day about a week ago, though. ^^

It is more like the past two days for me, at Hardcore. I used that to my advantage, sniping bargain buys for m toon at bid prices.

I sold 4 on Saturday and 4 Monday. That's pretty good going for me, nothing over $4 though.

Stuff still sell for me , recently ventured in the nats mark legacy market bought like 6 of them at 60m- 65m +++ selling them on the rmah for $2x- $5x . number of rings remaining : 5. number of ring sold : 1 on 23/1/13

#1 was 5mil, #2 was 2.5mil. Put both up for 3.99, both cheaper then current RMAH prices.

With the affix that I think your buyer will be looking at:

1) 65 AR
2)average dmg
3) dex
4)Crit hit damage 32%

From my viewpoint ( no offense, please correct me if I am wrong),

When you bought them it is because they are zuni with dex and you think that because it is a zuni there will be a market for it.

However as flippers we need to consider whether we are selling on to a flippers market or to real buyers who will use the gear .

For me when I buy something to flip, I would think like a real buyer buying upgrades for my character and double check the price and search rare and stuff . Certain markets are bad that will need to be ditched as compeitition are too high. Dont flip too low end stuff and dont flip too high end stuff, It all comes down to market research in the end.

I picked up number one for 5mil, that sold, got a profit of 7mil off it, bought it for the LoH.

#2 was only 2mil, so figured Id try it out. haha.
