I run a decent CMWW build and I have friend that has just recently reached level 60 with his wizard. It would be rather costly to get him geared up with a CMWW build and so we are looking for a decent build that has some nice synergies.

So far we are thinking of:
Slow Time/Time Warp
Arcane Torrent/Disruption
Blizzard/Frozen Solid

Of course he'll also use Hydra/Venom

Any suggestions?

You may also have him add a weapon with fire damage such as Chants Set and use conflagration as a passive. That way you can get an extra 10% damage.

We found the best solution was to get him a strong Archon build and substitute Cold Blooded in place of Evocation. As I am using CMWW, everything is frozen nearly 100% of the time. He gets the 20% boost in damage which was a lot better than other options.
