I see Hallowed Armaments and Demon's Carapice receiving buffs as they are underutilized, underpowered, and undervalued in my opinion. Opinions?

This recent news posting implies we will know the answer to that question very soon! My guess is all legendaries will be buffed and the ones you mentioned in particular really need one.

I agree! Almost all of the legendaires I've seen in my travels are underutilized, underpowered and undervalued... I assume Blizzard has acknowledged this and is the reason for the buff in the next patch.
The upcoming buff to legendaries is the most excited i've been since the RMAH launched. The issue that concerns me is if the existing items are left un-buffed (ie if only new crafted or dropped items are affected by the patch), the prices for the existing items will drop to that of the salvaging costs meaning the items we have farmed for hours on already will be worthless. Or.. maybe i'm just reading into it a little too much? |

If that's the case, just salvage or vendor your legendary items man .. Since it's that useless anyway .
I hope they implement new legendary items but it's for lvl 63 items and make it harder to drop too so there's a value to it . |

They need to improve the dropped legendaries far more. Whereas crafted ones will probably get boosts, I expect they will still be randomized enough that you need to create many to get a really great one.
