Has anyone else been having serious connection / lag issues in game the past few days?

All of a sudden I am having major lag spikes every few minutes and I can hardly get through a rift or a couple bounties without being disconnected. Nothing has changed on my end and no other online games / activities seem to be affected so I assume it is either something on Blizzard's end or between points A and B.

Very frustrating.
