Is it possible to sell a 2-hander atm if it has insane damage (1400+) but no real solid stats?

You could sell it, but not for much, maybe 300k? Depending on how bad the stats actually are.

Not really, 2h weapons (other than bows obviously) currently aren't great unless it has like 70+ crit, socket, LOH, and str/vit along with the high dps. They just aren't worth sacrificing the stats of another weapon in duel wield or the stats that can spawn on a shield.

I had difficulty moving 2handers forever, even with a high DPS, the below one just sold for 1mil very quickly which i was personally impressed about
