...I really doubt that it's that cheap. AH stuff with similar stats but lower values are like 8m

Well, you have two primaries, of which, Intel is a lot more valuable. If you stick a cheap gem in there, you would have 162 INT. The fire resistance is pretty negligible, especially since it wouldn't go to a monk. So the key stats you're looking at are:
162 INT 5 AS 63 CD I found an amulet with 154 INT, 6 AS, and 55 CD for 1.5 M. There are amulets with more INT, more AS, and more CD for less than 8 M that have been sitting on AH for awhile. |
