I can do act 3 finally, so looking for friends to help.

Also really need good routes for monk to hit max elites in shortest time frame.

I briefly looked to page 3 as I know there was a farming route listing.

My "short" run:
Heart of Sin/ The second heart quest

Stonefort > End of stonefort, TP back to stonefort, walk in reverse and go out and into skycrown battlements
All 3 Levels of the keeps
Then TP to second level of the towers, work my way down, kill spiderbitc_h and azmodan

Long Run:

Entire act ;-)

With Paragon Leveling in play, my first rule for all runs is to stack NV as early in the run as possible to get the most experience from white mobs later in the run. My second rule is to run the nearest available boss as soon as you have 5 stacks NV; I don't want to miss out on those two guaranteed rare drops in case I have to leave suddenly or my internet connection drops. Remember, with patch 1.04 you can TP out of every Boss chamber after the boss is dead.

I recommend testing runs on Hell first to find the fastest route. I can't steamroll Act 3, but I know what my fastest route is if I could steamroll it.

For Act 3, if you can steamroll it, the fastest way to 5 stacks NV is: Depths 3 Waypoint, Arreat Crater Level 2 Waypoint, Core of Arreat Waypoint.

An Elite pack often spawns near the Depths 3 Waypoint so wipe them and WP to Arreat Crater Level 2. Sometimes an Elite pack spawns right on that Waypoint. Regardless, run up the stairs to the previous section, because 1 or 2 elite packs usually show up in that short corridor after the 1st Sin Heart. From there, jump to the Core of Arreat Waypoint. The core is usually good for 2-4 elite packs in a tight space and if you're lucky, you'll have 5 stacks of NV and can kill Azmodan immediately; you may want to kill him even if you only have 4 to save time. This gives up the 2 guaranteed rares from Cydeae, but the freedom to start in the Core and kill Azmodan outweighs that for me. From there you can go pretty much wherever you want, but I feel the Depths and Arreat Crater have the highest Elite density.

My Act 2, btw, is starting in the Vault, TP to town, WP to Alcarnus kill 1-2 elite packs in Alcarus, WP to Sewers and kill 1-2 elite packs there and take Adria's portal back to town. WP to Black Canyon Mines for 2-4 elite packs, WP to Town, take your original TP back to the Vault of Assassins and clean house there. An alternative is to start at Zoltan Kulle, stack Valor through the aforementioned route, kill Kulle and and go searching for the Vault in the Desolate Sands.

Great advice, tried it and it does work.

I tried to squeeze Cydaea and it worked. Keep Depths level 3 -> Arreat Crater level 2 -> then 3 packs on the stairs.

I start at Kill Ghom but stack before I do then I go all the way to Azmo.

Shorter run is Start Siegebreaker and hit the Ice Cave in the field before crossing the bridge, cross your fingers for The Underbridge.

Seems as though a lot of people are suggesting this route... I should try it!

This route is somewhat bizarre but it has worked for me (for the most efficent PL):
First off, I pick the heart of sin quest (can kill cydaea).

1) I warp to keep depths 3 and clear. This place is pretty tight and there are usually 3 elites or so that you can take out quick.
2) I warp to keep depths 1 and clear. Same thing, pretty tight, lots of elites, lots of mobs etc
3) I warp to keep depths 1 and go to level 2. Level 2 is pretty annoying because of the maniacs, but I think the clusters of mobs are too good to pass up for paragon leveling.
4) I warp to the bridge of korsikk and clear all the way to siegebreaker. Tons of mobs, decent number of elites, tight area.
5) Go to arreat crater level 1 and clear. Arreat crater is probably the best place for experience and any sane person will clear this on an act 3 run with 5 stacks.
6) Go to arreat crater level 2 and clear. Same thing.
7) Clear all the way from Tower of the Cursed to killing azmodan. This is probably the most poor area for experience, but the two bosses as well as the other elites are still good for the rares. I'd probably skip this if I was dead set on exp.

Works out to like, 15-20 M exp, takes just a little over an hour, and 2 stashes of quality rares (I'm only picking up 61-63 armor and only 61-63 one handers). I go full on DPS with fleet footed and lacuni prowlers (34% MS). I suppose more DPS would help my clears slightly but at this point, I'm just flying through everything. Cydaea takes me about 15 seconds and I kill Azmodan in one turn (I use serenity during his first blood pool and tank the rest).
