That's an interesting weapon. You know the problem with it as that it has no socket. The damage is beastly, the stat roll is decent, the LOH and life steal are nice, but that CD is so low, I don't see a monk (only class that would buy it) using it. From what I've seen, the only two builds for dual-wielding monks are a massive main hand (echoing fury) and an off-hand with insane stats (i'm using an 825 dps, 170 dex, 185 vit, 80 cd and socket one) or two smaller fist weapons with very strong stats (won khim lau/shenlong's come to mind).

Try 25 M, but I think it's going to be a hard sell...
