I asked for some Hardcore tips a while ago, and got some great advice that let me hit 60 with my second HC character...but I was a little surprised that a lot of people will refuse to play if their ping is over 100ms.

I've never known anything better than about 200ms, so it's possible that I simply have adjusted my playstyle to be more defensive, but do people really notice game changing differences when they spike above 100ms?
