I can handle act 1 and 2 no problem will my full MF gear/follower (300%+ with 5 stacks of NV) but I am having trouble with act 3. Any advice?

I think your Foe's boon ring can be greatly upgraded for cheap. Get some vit on that ring. I can do Act 3 with almost the same gear as you, The only difference is i have a bit more All Resist (about 80?) and more vitality about 45K

Maybe a socketed helm or a bit of crit dmg or IAS on the gloves.

Is the gear in your profile up to date? Because you would only hit 148% MF. Its hard to gauge whats the best item to improve if the gear in the link isn't your full MF set.

If is it your set that you're using, I think the easiest way is to up your resistances. If you wanna do this cheaply you can drop some of your very offensive gear like your belt and replace it more defensive one. Also getting more LoH by switching out your shield for a offhand would be the way to go, but I understand that before you do that you'd have to get more crit chance on your other pieces.

Your MF gear is already okay . If plus the paragon level say 10 and the NV then you are around 290% ? You should aim for 300% MF with NV and paragon .

You have basically no AR . You are currently around 200 - 250 without buff ? AR needs to be at a minimum of 400 .

You should focus more on CC more than CD . If i were you , I would get both rings with CC 4 and above with MF and some decent STR and VIT . It probably wont' be pricey .

Change your passive to Superstition , Weapon master . The last one can be optional ( Ruthless or Bloodthirst (3% LS ) or Tough as Nails / NOS ) Your pick .

From what i see , your like a semi WW barb build . Convert it to an actual WW barb . Use this skills .
