So I made about $30 USD this weekend flipping Leoric's Signet. Usually, the price of those rings is VERY stable and there's really no opportunity to conduct arbitrage between GAH and RMAH, but I found some unusually cheap deals that I ended up flipping for gold or even just reselling at a higher price. A couple of standouts:
1) 21% Leoric's for $30 (ended up reselling for $41) 2) 23% Leoric's for 45M gold (ended up reselling for $49) 3) 20% Leoric's for 35M gold (ended up reselling for 45M gold) It seemed to happen in bursts though. You would see like, 3 or 4 rings that were priced WAY BELOW the usual prices, which would be gone pretty quickly, and then the lowest price would be back to normal. Lowest price I usually see is 45-50M, but I saw rings for sub 40M this weekend. 21% ones for under 40M. My only theory is that a bunch of people who are reaching the upper echelons of Paragon Level no longer see the value of the ring and are trying to sell it off. Could it also be something related to 1.05? Leoric's Signet suddenly dropped in price (5-10M) for no apparent reason... PS: It was nice to gain a little more exp "renting" these Signets XD. If I see another dirt cheap one, I might do a little more Signet renting. |

I believe some are waiting for that Hellfire Ring with the added EXP and decent stats. Additionally, I think some believe that they're geared so well that they can just turn up the monster power level to get added EXP without having to spend extra cash/gold. I know running with a signet makes my runs a little longer by a few minutes as I actually get killed by some elites in A3. I could see how that would frustrate some.
Or it could just be following the general price drop occurring across the board with people hoarding gold/gems and waiting to see what 1.0.5 brings. Uncertainty usually causes hoarding/lack of spending and investing in safe commodities (is Leoric's Signet safe? maybe) behaviors in real world economies. Probably whats happening here. |

@Khan Of course, one could run both the Signet and the Hellfire Ring. Though not practical in Inferno, you could also run Cain's Set for something approaching 100% bonus experience. You might be able to run Act 1 with that.
I agree that it's probably just the market, in general, decreasing. As I read the patch notes, MF/GF doesn't increase with Monster Power below Inferno. If it does, however, there are going to be twice as many Signets found after 1.05 for anyone willing to send their Bots in to Act 1 at mp10 to farm. |

@ecocd if you also include a ruby in helm you should be able to break 100%, right? With NV maybe you could even get close to 200%? This type of setup could still work out efficiently if you have well geared partner(s) to help you level.

I tried running Act I with Cain's set and it's hilarious. I'm not cutting through enemies fast enough to justify the +30% experience boost. Since you already get +75% from NV and 25% from my ruby, that's essentially 200% experience. The 30% from Cain's makes it 230% or effectively only a 15% increase in experience. I think I kill 15% faster with my normal gear on Act I, but it's still really funny to see clvl 22 gear on my Paragon 17 Demon Hunter laying waste to cultists and skeletons.

I decided to farm for this ring until 1.0.5 comes out. I don't really feel like doing anymore normal farming when I know farming will be much more efficient after the new patch comes out.
I'll post my results here every once and awhile, but so far I haven't found one. I usually do the three things of the terminus to get full NV and then I go to the Vault of the Assassin. After that I'll go to the Black Canyon Mines, then Alcarnus because they're super quick areas that always have at least one rare or champ pack. After that I'll maybe go to the Dalghur Oasis. Out of five runs of what I just described, I've only found a Vigilante Belt, which is the only thing of note really. |

Some guys on the other forum give his route for farming signet and It seems many people get the signet by following his route:
Ring can drop in Act 2 of normal difficulty. I'm starting my run at Vault of the Assassin to get fast 5 NV stacks. Then I proceed to Dalghur Oasis + Sewers of Caldeum + Ruined Cistern. I don't want to post other forum link since it kinds of ads . I have no involve in that though . If you want the link just pm me |
