I am trying to upgrade but I'm not sure where to put my upgrades without having to spend billions. I only 20 Mil so I'm not quite sure how I can get some more to get good upgrades or where I should invest the most money on my gear. Any advice is much appreciated. :)

I personally think upgrading your weapon first would have the biggest effect. Get something like 1k damage + a socket and crit damage if you can afford it.

My Main hand or OH? And should I keep a focus on Life Steal or do you think I would be able to survive without it?

Main hand and get life on hit until your dps is above 60k+ then go for lifesteal. But life on hit is definitely the best for right now.
