Thats how long it took me to level my female wiz alt to 60.

I used the following items:

- Hellfire ring on her (yes, you can equip this at level 0)
- Hellfire ring on follower
- Leoric's Signet on her
- Born's Defiance Set (this adds extra XP kill and any little bit helps; I used all three pieces till about level 50 and then I dropped the sword for something better)
- Cain's Set (extra 30% XP and mosnter kill XP bonusses; I used the Boots, Gloves, and Helm the entire time)
- Radiant Star Ruby in Helm

I didn't farm any one site. Instead, I just went through the entire campaign and switched to MP10 when it was available in Hell and then Nightmare. Definitely could have gone faster if I had reduced level movement speed items.

14 hours is soooo 2009. 1-60 in 4 hours is the new thing.

As above, wear all the +exp % you can muster up. But instead of you leveling up, Find a OP barb friend.

MP10 Normal (Similar to Alk but easier. Did this for my friend/he did for me, KB Lv2 -> Bridge (All of it.) -> A2. ) Til you can progress into NM.

MP10 NM ( Same route. )

MP10 Hell ( Same route. ) 50-60.


Friend did this for me after my first account was banned. (Ive changed my ways.) to level me up fast to hit paragon. Monster Power has really decreased level time with the increased exp. 1-23 is semi slow due to no cains set. After that, your toon should be getting 2-4 lvls per run at about 4 hours 1-60. Enjoy! :))

**Just to clarify, you still have to play with the barb who is running with you, the key is to stay 2 screens back so you dont die but can keep up with the barb. Also tell your barb to use seismic slam/rend with larger aoe til hell. WW is not viable til Hell MP10. **

That works too. Except my goal was to do it solo as I dislike (despise is probably a better word) questing/adventuring with others. Similar to real life, I prefer getting up to speed/trained up personally and then hitting clear and quick objectives.

And thanks for the info. That brings back memory in 1.04 where @Venoom and I were finding ways to solo level to 60.
At the end I did it in 12 hours, with the two sets and ruby but without any Hellfire/ Leoric. It was full of grinds though at Cave/ VoTA/ Crater. And we need friends to help unlock quests/ kill boss.

Stay 2 screens back? Actually how do you measure the distance of a screen which is rectangular in shape? I was testing the distance of XP gain in multiplayer game yesterday with @yoyo. I can only tell that if yoyo's toon move off my screen, but still close to the edge of screen, I can still gain XP when he killed those monsters. When we did this test he was at my toon's top right direction. We were trying to optimise our group play experience with two of us spinning madly (me spinning the Skorn in Tempest Rush and him spinning his body with WW) at all directions. If I could somehow measure the exact distance, it would help much.

The unanswered question (I did post this to the official US D3 forum, and no one is able to confirm) is how far away is [yoyo3 in the picuture] which we can still gain XP from each other's kills.

If your pro, you don't have to stay 2 screens back, technically you can be 1 foot behind him. As for your picture, I believe Yolo 3 is about right. Doing paragon level speed runs has mushed my mind. Being in town will not work besides getting quest xp which your not doing any of the quests anyways.

Oh by screens I meant on your in-game map, my friend and I always use the turn screen. Haha. Lemme go on D3 quick and Il pull one up.

Hope this is semi helpful, had to do it quick, have work in the AM.

Red Dot: Very safe distance for the average/"noob" player to receive exp. I was receiving exp from this range. Test if your unsure. In all reality you are about 2 screens away, not meaning your map but your whole monitor.

Yellow Dot: A spot you would pick say where my toon is now when your barb is killing an elite pack, your safe and still get exp.

Green Dot: If you know what your doing with different defensive cooldowns etc, you should be fine right on the barbs tail.

#### Not sure why I put the dangerous in green, etc. Hahaha. #####

@yoyo I think we should try MP2, my guess is that mobs will still die in 2 hits - one from you and one from me.

Well, due to some very sad events I had to restart my HC demon hunter.

And just playing through normal on M8, and setting it back to M0 for the boss fights, I got to lvl 34 in about 7 hours.

And this was with no Hellfire rings.
No fancy set items.
No fancy legendary items.

All I had was a Flawless Square gem in my helmet from lvl 15.

So i'm thinking you can do MUCH better in softcore solo.
