Well sir all i can say is you got yourself a very nice item. Personally I would value it about 70 million gold as it lacks a socket and a defensive stat, and the fact DPS of the item is kinda low. (although the dexterity makes up for it) But the stats are indeed very nice for a monk/demon hunter.
