The highest dps lvl40 1hander I'd recorded on the AH before this one I found was 115.8 dps. This one is 116.1.

@Tautology I checked the auction house for any weapon similar to that and only found a page and a half of items. The most expensive one being 250k, which had almost the same stats, minus the vitality. honestly i don't play hardcore at the moment and have no idea what anything is worth on it. However, looking at the prices of everything else that was near its stats i would have to guess 350k? there doesn't seem to be a big price range for things on the HC AH. Just an estimate though!
