First things first, I think you should upgrade your weapons. Upgrade your main hand to a mace with crit damage, socket, and life on hit (life steal if your DPS would get to 75K+). Get one with as high of dps as you can afford. For your offhand, just get a dagger with crit damage, socket, life on hit and maybe strength, vit, and/or life steal. The dps doesn't really matter, what matters is the stats on it.

Besides that, you definitely should upgrade your jewelery. Get each of them having at least attack speed, crit chance and average damage. 27% attack speed on items is the best breakpoint of your tornadoes tick rates for barbs sort of starting out, and the crit chance will improve your ability to whirlwind can keep your fury generating much smoothly. Anything else like strength, vit, crit damage are just boosters for your dps that you can focus on as your future upgrades. If you don't want to get attack speed on your jewelery and want to focus on crit chance and damage, you could get some attack speed from a Andy's and Lacuni's.

Final thing is you have no movement speed. Ice climbers with movement speed are really expensive so what you could do is switch from IK chest to a Tyreals. Movement speed affects how much tornadoes you spit out with Run like the Wind and it makes your runs much more efficient.

If you have any more questions, just ask. I'm not a master barbarian or anything, but there are others here that could help you out even more.

@syaqattaq90

That's pretty solid advice from @nightcrawler9. I would add that since you already have 3 IK pieces, it would be silly not to get the full set. You'll get the movement speed from the boots and a nice crit chance bonus from the helm. Add to that the 2 fury per sec and 5 life for fury spent for the full set bonus and you have a well made ww barb armor set.

I agree that the offhand dps isnt all that important but in my experience you want at least 600 dps because the offhand does effect your wirlwind and fury generators like Bash. I would swap out Cleave for Bash as it generates fury much faster. As you move up in mp level you should swap Bash for Frenzy to take advantage of its attack speed that you will need to burn down the massive hp stacking that comes with higher mp level monsters. Definately swap Blood Funnel for Run Like the Wind as that will be what does most of your damage.

Your not that far off and you have a nice paragon 60 base. I think you can turn your barb around quickly. Oh and welcome to the site. :)

@syaqattaq90 I think you should replace your vit gems with rubies, and if you can afford to lose the bonus resists, use invigorate instead of impunity.
