Only lvl 29, buy best drop to date is ilvl 3 legendary boot. Hoping to get around 50k for it. |

Man, I never got a legendary while I was progressing in Softcore. I hope I will see some legendaries in Hardcore! The Slave Bonds is pretty cool! I just won a bid war on this lvl17 Xbow with socket and high dex high vital for my hunter..................I only paid 1050g !!  |

I checked your profile. Hall of dead! I also saw 666 on your WD pants. Yes I like the AH on HC. It is full of life, and the items have more meaning and are much exciting than SC. I even like the + life on kill at low levels! |

This dropped for me on silver spire 2. It was actually an off-screen drop. While I was killing monsters I heard a ping and thought to myself: "What's that, a ring? No wait...oh snap might be a legendary!" And then I backtracked a few steps and saw the bow on the ground. Against the map background it was actually a little hard to see.
 A bow, fitting for my DH but the lvl and dmg is way too low for where I am. |

I decided to stop whining about not seeing any legendaries and get myself some.
Won this from AH below 25k. DPS wise not very significant as you can get some cheaper rares with more DPS. However, it is good on the defensive side.  |

OK no more whining! I got my million dollar drop last night when my WD was progressing in Normal Act III MP10:
 A) 4 compulsory stats: 1. Dex roll = 49, nearly at the top of the range 45-53 2. Attack Speed = 4%, TOP ROLL 3. Life % = 7%, TOP ROLL 4. Chance to be surrounded by balls of Arcane Power = 46%, nearly at the top of the range 25-50 B) 3 random stats: 1. + 11 Experience 2. + 5 Life Regen 3. Socket I am going to USE it on my DH...................and hope I don't die while vaulting into 2 packs of elites lol. |

That is pretty sick luck you have. TWO Open Socket Legendary weapons? I might get one Odyn Son if I can find one cheap. I used to powerlevel my barb at softcore using Odyn Son and the chain lightning proc is very useful (it was like when I hit a mob in VOTA, the 4 leg creature a few yards back disappeared to chain lightning...at MP0). |

You are right:). Not sure what I was thinking of. Anyway my monk would find it more useful. The balls of arcane power seems to damage monsters in contact. Graphically it looks nice too. |

hehehe, well, I was just kidding w/ ya. Who knows? Maybe that stat doesn't actually follow a bell shaped normal distribution curve or something, and it tends to have more rolls in the lower range--in which case a 49 might be considered a high roll...? But I do agree such a find is probably more suitable for your monk than your DH, as you want those balls of arcane power around your melee heroes as opposed to your ranged heroes (who should be kiting & not getting within range of mobs anyway, especially in HC mode)... |
