You probably won't like my answer. My answer is based on what I feel on first sight.
2H - Items 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 above - My guess is vendor values, or salvage values. - I won't bother to pick these up and ID them. - Very slim chance that they will beat a good Skorn which comes with CD and a socket. Decent Skorn is already quite affordable. - Unusual occassion of these rare 2H to beat a Skorn, I guess, is when they have socket, CD, high primary & LS/LoH, all in one high DPS piece. Other items seem to be of low rolls. I could have vendored item 3 & 8. The remaining 1 & 2, could be useful as starter kits to poor players - this means not much auction values. |

most rare offhands (except for the very rare godly quiver or so) are junk. any shield without CC is junk. vendor those.
the ammy might sell just for mf (i'm thinking 80k max) ring is vendor. all jewelry generally needs main stat + 2/3: CC,crit damage, or IAS |

If I wanted to list a (low rolls) rare because I think it still has auction value, I will list as the cheapest, and if it does not sell, I will relist it by cutting 50% or more off. When it still has no buyer at 20k gold or 10k gold, time to say bye bye.

Yeah... never pick up 2H weapons. Any stat gurus out there can confirm this, but I'm pretty sure a rare will never beat a Skorn (unless it hits something weird like LS). I think the affixes just don't add up (Skorn automatically hits a big primary, big CD, and socket while still having high DPS). I think for rares, it can't hit all of those things and one property gets sacrificed which pretty much destroys any value it may have.
