I just browsed AH.

I notice that there are lots of Leoric Signets, and they seem to be listed by same players at the same time (e.g. same bid and buyout format).

For 20% Bonus Experience rings, they used to be around 18-20m a couple of weeks ago, but they are now only 10m.

Anyone has a guess of what's happening? Duping? Increased Leoric Farming? A bot trying to liquidate his stocks?

Inferno XP boost from MP levels has made giving up that ring slot for only 20% more experience substantially less attractive, in my opinion. I sold mine off a day after the patch notes originally hit which turned out to be a bit premature. Maybe there's a duping bug, but I think it's more likely people getting rid of them. They're still arguably useful for leveling up alts, however, so they'll always have some value.

I agree. I have 2 and don't use one of them. I'd rather bump mp lvl by 2 than run with it.

Btw 20% xp 31 str for sale. Listed at 12 mil, but will take most any offer from d3rmt member

I do see bench mark price around 10m ... wont fall below that

I agree with this, I think it is most likely from Inferno XP boost. People would need a better ring to farm one or two MP higher.

Leveling alts are now cheaper.

I have a couple 25% int ones for 16m.

It is natural that there is no such phenomenon at Hardcore.......hence I didn't manage to spot cheaper Leoric Signets at Hardcore GAH! Hardcore is about fun and survival after all.

Yes lvling is a biproduct not a focus.
