![]() Found this yesterday, wanted to sell it and was unsure about its worth so I ask for someone to give me some pricing advice. It had a higher combined INT/VIT than any other Zunis String on EUAH atm. Also a reasonable high average damage but otherwise it looks pretty meh. Billions or Brimstone? :) gabhh |

Well I'm not really sure on value but I think 1 Bil is too high.
I think most people look for high crit chance as a random property on this mojo so it can compare favorably to the Uhkapian Serpent, and then of course they look for high Int or decent Vit. Also, they will want high avg damage (at least 220, preferably 250+). The good news is you are in pretty good shape, two great rolls for the two random properties and high avg damage. So, in summary: Very high Avg. Damage, 257 Very high Int, check. Very high Vit, check Crit Chance, nope If you're a gambling sort, just put it up for bid and see how far it goes. Otherwise, set a price and go down from there. When I looked for my Zuni String I wasn't looking at any without 8.5% CC and avg. dmg. less than 250. That meant the buyouts were in the 100M+ range. Now, I wasn't getting any higher Int rolls than 200 and the Vit rolls were very small, if any. After losing many auctions to bids under 50M I had to up my max bids before I finally won one. Sadly I'm not much help on pricing yours, as my two weeks of searching was purely for rolls with crit chance. |

Hi @theoryzero. I have been having some trouble pricing a Zuni String as well and was wondering if you had any more insights based on your shopping experience. The one I found has 275 avg dmg, as well as 7.5 crit. Int is only 180 though. In looking at the both the GAH and RMAH, when pricing it a little below items comparable to 260 avg dmg and 7 crit I have had zero luck in moving it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, the one you ended up with looks very, very nice! |

@moloch154 Thanks! The thing I noticed about Zuni Strings (and probably some other items if I'm patient enough) is the buyouts are just too high. My criteria was narrow: at least 9% CC and at least 240 avg. dmg. Most days I'd see one for 80M or so that met that, but the rest of the rolls were low. Then I'd see some others that were also so-so to poor rolls, but had those two criteria, listed for 130M, 150M, etc. Most of the time, these two criterias will give you only one or two pages of items to pick from.
After losing several auctions where I would max bid 50M or 75M, I finally decided 100M was my absolute max I'd pay. I finally won the one I have now that went for 95M. I was bidding on another one that day that had a high Int roll and 10%CC and not too shabby rolls on the guaranteed stats earlier. Sadly, did not win that one, looks like it went for at least 325M the last I saw it in my Auctions list. Short story long, you may have better luck starting a reasonable bid-only auction. Keep in mind the buyout prices of what you are comparing to are probably heavily inflated. I'd see the same subset of mojos for sale day after day, meaning they never moved. |

Thanks @theoryzero! I will give the bid-only auction a shot and see how it goes. What you are saying makes a lot of sense. I am going through the exact same process you did in an attempt to upgrade my Mempo. The bid-only auctions seem to be the only place people are buying, as all the buyout Mempo's just sit.
Thanks! |
