Diablofans is datamining alot of class changes at the moment.
And it looks like Barb WW is completely getting nerfed to the ground. :(
I hope some of these changes do not make it to live.

Looks like they were trying to help out the DH some as well. However, removing the life steal from Shadow Power is/would be really bad. Let's hope they decide to just reduce it. Honestly, you do not hear a whole lot of people saying "Man, those OP DH's just never seem to die. Wish they would Nerf Shadow Power" I would also say that I think they are hitting the Barb a little hard.

I would say that you have to keep in mind they may be making mechanical changes to the way the game works, too. We already know they're thinking about bringing back elemental effects. If they change how damage is resisted, maybe life steal becomes less important? Maybe they're making Dexterity have some actual defensive impact on the game so survivability isn't as much of an issue. That's my hope.

Looking at the changes to the Wizard here is my plan.
Siphoning Blade: Gain 3 Arcane Power for each enemy hit.
Cost: 40 AP
Comet: Summon a Comet that deals 312% weapon damage as Cold and has a 20% chance to freeze enemies for 1 second upon impact. / The impact site is covered in a freezing mist that deals 72% weapon damage as Cold and Slows enemy movement by 60% over 3 seconds.
Bone Chill: Enemies take 15% more damage when frozen or chilled by Frost Nova.
Crystallize: When you are struck by a melee attack, your Armor is increased by 20% for 30 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
Force Weapon: Increase the damage bonus of Magic Weapon to 15% damage and grants a 2% chance to Knockback any enemies hit.
Cost: 20 AP / Cooldown: 8 seconds / Conjure a Black Hole at the target location that draws enemies to it and deals 208% weapon damage as Arcane over 2 seconds to all enemies within 20 yards.
Absolute Zero : Each enemy you hit grants 2% increased damage for the next Cold spell you cast. Black Hole's damage turns into Cold.
Standing still for 2 seconds increases the following attributes: / *Armor: 20% / *All Resistances: 20% / *Damage: 10%
You deal 20% additional damage to enemies within 15 yards.
Critical Hits have a chance to reduce the cooldown of your spells by 1 second.
With that setup I can do the following:
1. Stand still (Unwavering Will) and let a group of enemies get nice and close (Audacity).
2. Let some melee enemies hit but not kill me (Ice Armor Crystallize) so I can increase my armor even more.
3. Cast Frost Nova Bone Chill so that Black Hole and Meteor get 15% more damage.
4. Cast Black Hole to draw frozen enemies in.
5. Cast Meteor Comet to damage all frozen & gathered enemies.
6. Regain AP with Siphoning Blades & my 9 AP on crit, health is regained by my life regen.
7. Cooldowns for Frost Nova (12 sec) and Block Hole (8 sec) are reduced by Critical Mass.
The more enemies gathered by Black Hole, the more the damage of Comet is increased. If I can Black Hole 8 enemies, that means that Comet will 16% more damage which means Comet will hit for 362% weapon damage instead of 312%. If I got 12 enemies, Comet would do 387%.
I think I have to use Frost Nova before Black Hole because Black Hole buffs the "the next Cold spell I cast" and I want that to be Meteor Comet. Frost Nova is a cold spell and does do some damage. Hopefully the Comet will hit while my gathered enemies are still frozen by Frost Nova.
Since I will not be using Arcane Orb any more, I won't need my awesome Chantodo's Force that increases my Arcane Orb crit chance by 8%. I can either switch to my backup Chantodo Force that increases the damage of Spectral Blades (by over 10%), or I can buy a new Force that reduces the AP cost of meteor by 4-5 AP.
