Found this article about a reddit user that created a google doc with crafting material drop points referencing bounties and the Supers that drop them.

The item database on this site also shows what items drop where if you go to the item page,
But that doc is useful for having them all on one page for sure. |

The captured soul crafting material looks as though it could be Josh Mosquiera's face in the bottle. Take a close look and tell me what you see. lol

Difficulty increases it. Also level 70 only I think. |

Well, I have one griswold scribbling on HC, and no HC char at lvl 70 yet, thats why I wondered.
