@euggie, What are you trying to improve, Archon or CM?

If you don't mind taking extra fire damage, Andariel's Visage offers IAS and 4.5 crit% along with 150+ for primary stat. They're pretty cheap for the ones where you take more fire damage.

Gone as high as MP3. Any higher things take too long to die. Been wanting to upgrade my weapon and rare ring for awhile but haven't been able to find any deals.

Yeah, Archon MP3 is probably the best bang for buck EXP-wise. I do MP10's with my CM build just to test it if I get a new item.

@euggie I would probably look at this way in making the decision: which gives more needed paper returns (DPS, IAS, movement speed, etc).

In no order of favortism:

Witching Hour - IAS / AR / CD
Lacuni - IAS / Movement / AR / CC
Mempo - IAS / AR / CC

Seeing as you need APOC, getting a mempo will force you to get another item, a source. So you must buy two expensive items now. For that reason, I would eliminate the Mempo unless you have an APOC source lined up. Lacuni with high CC and AR is pretty godly. Witching Hour with IAS and CD is nominally priced; but try to see if VIT and Armor is cheaper than AR. If it is, compromise and go with the VIT/Armor Witching Hour. Then replace your current bracers with high AR/CC rare bracers; as @sabin mentioned, knockback is not good for CM/Freeze unless those are your Archon bracers.

i think im ok with doing archon on mp2/3 but i'd like to improve that if possible
i think to further answer @nightcrawler9's question, i would rather be able to do higher mp ubers without dying so freakin much

@euggie I'd suggest getting rid of the damn knockback bracers first! As far as a less expensive option goes, I think a mempo with something for your eHP like VIT, or a witching hour with AR on the lower side (around 40). If you get a mempo, you'll wanna get an APoC source. I'm not sure how much as a minimum, but 10 total is not gonna be good enough for a single target.

Without spending hundreds of millions, you're gonna have to sacrifice either DPS, eHP, or freezing ability, unless you want to be mediocre in all areas. What's your priority for these? For me, I first try to have high eHP, then stats for freezing, and DPS is my last concern.

yes i agree with you about the effing bracers...

i do have a non crit mempo... so i guess i could use that with a source with apoc... id be giving up apoc on the helm, but gaining it on the source... id be gaining ias on the helm, but losing it on the source, so i guess it'll be even in the end?

Depending on your random stat on the mempo you'll probably gain some eHP, but lose some DPS compared to the storm crow. Obviously better for surviving the higher MP, but worse for low level archon farming.
