Looks like they just extended the time from 400pm eastern until 600pm eastern, though IIRC they also did that with 1.04 and it was up shortly after they posted that message.

At the login screen it now says a later time. This is common with pretty much every Blizzard game when a major patch hits, unfortunately :(
