I do not. How I value stats is whether someone will input that stat to find a piece of gear. No one I know of searches for that affix. |

It's a pretty specific build, but this is pretty useful to WDs using the rune where dogs can leave behind globes. The only place I see this commonly used is the infinite sacrifice build. I wouldn't necessarily raise the price of an item because of it, unless I thought it was a great item for that build. |
