There hasn't been much information about Diablo 3 and the likelihood of a console release since early December in which Blizzard executive Rob Parto had said, "We're still kind of exploring it". But today Sony has officially confirmed that Diablo 3 will be coming to the Playstation 3 & 4 at some point this year.

This is big news for Blizzard as they haven't released a console version of a game in over 10 years.
