North America – September 10 at 5pm PDT
Europe – September 10 at 5pm CEST
Asia – September 10 at 5pm KST

Previous seasons had a consistent duration, averaging 12.5 weeks. But in Season 21, things changed as teams started working from home, leading to longer seasons. The norm became an average of 18 weeks. Then came Season 27, breaking the cycle with a massive six-month runtime. This served as a preparation for the Diablo 3 developers time for Diablo 4. An end date of September 10 lands at a new record for longest Diablo 3 Season with a projected run time of 28 weeks.

Ah, the allure of wealth leads us to make foolish choices, but mining is a lucrative endeavor. Our quest for ancient Nephalem artifacts compels us to venture into a tangled mess of decaying foliage and crumbling flora. We tirelessly chip away at stone after stone until my trusty tool strikes the rock with a resounding thunk, unleashing a foul gas. Together, we uncover the largest artifact we've ever laid eyes on - a foreboding altar. As we commence our investigation, a faint whisper seeps into my thoughts, not from a single voice, but from a collective. Their identity remains unknown, but one thing is certain - we must share our discovery with the world. We embark on the arduous journey back to New Tristram, with our prized find in tow. Several days pass, as curious townsfolk come and go, marveling at the Altar. Then, the Nephalem arrive, demanding to witness the mysterious structure for themselves...
