Hi For the past two to three weeks I get awful AHlag. I try to snipe bids last second.
Before I could put my bid in a few secs before the auction expires and it would accept or say I was outbid.....now when I put my bid in with a few seconds...sometimes it goes through right away (like old times).... many other times it will keep on the busy signal and will tell me a 20-30 seconds later...a) bid accepted and I'll get the item hours later or give an error msg or say request timed out....after blizzard repeatedly saying they are doing AH maintenance this still has not been fixed....not sure if the issue is on my side only or other ppl are having it too? Not to mention the problem with items not listing...I have that too....

Same lag issue here.
Most problematic for me is items not listed for search.

Can't believe blizzard has not done anything for this...seems like they just don't care...hopefully things will be better after 1.07...I am hoping...

Same with me. Getting rather irritated by the mess.

To me, it happens with certain items only, and these items will have slow processing time for canceling, returning to stash, and listing. Attempting to review my past auctions also takes a long time.

Yeh I have a a few items that are glitched and always time out when listing them, others seem fine!

Lucky it hasn't happened on any high priced ones, otherwise i'd be pissed :D

Besides those problems I have 2 higher end zuni rings hanging out in the etherspehere - so yeah, I got about 100M tied up in this crapola.

I've found a solution.

Play more D3 and less AH.

I've drifted off concentrating on paragon levelling my WD to flipping. This is a good opportunity to focus on the game more again.

I agree with @ninjax, but I think I'll have to change my item pickup strategy to either "salvage everything that isn't jewelry, 1H ilvl 63 or Gloves" or "only pick up Jewelry, 1H ilvl 62 or Gloves." The Gloves part is because I'm still looking for a trifecta pair of my own. No point in trying to get my usual 50-200k sales.

I'm in the same boat. Just doing ubers, crafting hellfires (collecting brims for 1.0.7) and trying to find a legendary worth more than a brim.

I don't know what Blizz did (and I am knocking on wood here...) buuuuut when I got home from work, the auction house was working perfectly.

Anyone else lucky enough to experience the joy that I am experiencing?

6.4 m profit.

yeah working much better now. Only problem is nothing has been selling for me for the last 2-3 weeks, like it used to...the market has run really dry i guess. Maybe 1.07 will bring ppl back.

I believe there are a lot of rich players at HC. They are mostly bored, and will just dump their gold on good rares and legendaries. I will try to get a screen shot and msg u.

And yea, after I lost my 56 WD, i only play AH at HC.
I operate on a super niche market. I will tell you the details later ;p.

What were the stats on the items you sold? I've been really underpricing a lot of good items and I haven't sold anything in over 2 weeks.

@tsukiyomi what does "underpricing" mean, anyway? Just yesterday I won an auction for Lacuni Prowlers with 3.5% CC, 8% and 63 Strength for 3.5 million Gold. Currently, the cheapest comparable Buyout is 8.5 Million and it jumps to 10 million from that one.

When you're "underpricing" your items is it at least 40% discount from the lowest comparable? I'm going to be using them on my Barb forever, but I bet I could sell those bracers in an hour if I put them up at 5 million.

Buyout prices haven't been more inflated than they are right now and I can't think of the last thing I bought on buyout for more than 150k Gold. Buyouts at 60% above Bid value isn't uncommon now. IK gear seems to be the closest Buyout/Bid ratio I've seen with basically no opportunity to flip with the AH Cut. Items only have as much value as someone is willing to pay for them.

Underpricing as in I looked at everything with similar or better stats, saw what they were selling at and tried selling mine significantly lower. Its not hard to check what the current bids are (the amount people have already shown they're willing to spend on such an item) yet I'm getting no bids or buyouts.

I'm not alone in this experience either. It makes no sense that I could put an item up with the exact same types of stats with similar or better values than ones already up there that are selling and get no bids.

It seems to go in ebbs and flows. Early last weeek sucked - but the end of last week just rocked ... my problem was that all my auctions expired on friday and I wasn't able to get back on until an hour or so ago to re-list - so I lost Saturday night's safety dance - which is normally a very big day for me.

I'm ack up and running now - but it was slow (both the AH and the sales) in the middle of last week.

Also keep in mind some of it could have been because the AH was in such a terrible shape there were a ton of people not even bothering to check it out - as was posted up in this thread earlier people were abandoning the AH for a while because of how slow it was.

Hopefully whatever they did fixed the problem as we're still going much faster than we were and we're a couple of days now after the fix.

Sold pretty much nothing on GAH. I have some rather nice rares that I have underpriced by millions and nope.

I'm starting to be rather ruthless now and vendoring alot, I just can't be arsed relisting over and over anymore. I can make a lot more flipping and can't be bothered wasting my time with it now.

RMAH the weekend just gone was really slow for me with just 5 sales. If you read over on the other thread I've had a pretty good previous 2 weeks with one day I had 7 sales! I have been "saving" a couple items for the patch that I think will give me good return. Now we have a date hopefully they come good.
