So finally reached Paragon 100 on my new account with my barb. Must say the ride to 100 was alot more enjoyable then pre-mob density patch. As of the time of dinging 100, it took me 120 hours total to go from 1-100, I did nothing on the side, just leveled. I was hoping for a straight 100 but due to my terrible terrible internet I was unable to stay lagless making some times to drag. My previous account/barb was level 96 Paragon at 246 hours, a huge huge hour gap. Overall I did not use any Leo/Hellfire Ring and used only a 31% in my helm and felt like the leveling process went great.

My Leveling Route: Festering -> Weeping Hollow -> FoM (Crypt is a must). Get 5 stacks as soon as possible, then head to each zone. MP10 Solo FoM Crypt gives 30mil+ each attempt, It is a must!

Whats next? Since my internet is downright terrible anymore I wont be able to play HC as much as I like so I might hold off on that section of the game. I think I'm going for a Monk next to 100 with little to no play time as well. Hopefully I can make the 100 hour breakpoint! :) I also wanted to share my Ammy crafts with everyone after hitting 100. I made 100 amulets and out of 100, I rolled these two which is the definition of beauty, but not overly deadly... My one friend said the second Ammy would give him over 20k dmg.

Indeed. Grats, 120 is impressive. Do I hear a 120 hour paragon leveling marathon in our future? :)

That gives me some encouragement to do away my Hellfire Ring at Hardcore, then I can equip my trifecta ring! Oh wait, let me equip it for another few levels still....

And I still need to really sit down, bought all the tomes in the AH, burnt 300m in mats, and start crafting................

I am at 700 hours on my monk and still not 100!

Thanks for posting that. I was thinking I'm the only one with a couple of hundred hours and still not close to 100.

It is very possible to wear Hellfire/Leo and even a Cain's Set and just leech exp if the dmg in the group is top notch. I know we had a DH with 410k unbuffed with no +dps passives here and there, and let me just say, sometimes I stood there in awe. Haha. :)

I did my WD to P70 solo on MP0/1 pre 1.0.8 and then re-geared for MP10 group play and stormed through to 100 really quickly but didn't track my time unfortunately. Working with a good group really makes a difference. We did festering/leorics/fields/hollow/whimsy many many times :)

After hitting P100 on my WD finding it a little hard motivation wise to play the barb. A bit uncertain on gear, whether to stick with IK or break out but think that'd be too expensive.

Crap! I just gave out a pretty solid MP5 barb set (ran about 20m). I think IK is likely a waste for full set, you can get better DPS without. I would probably gear to the resists set bonus. A good IK belt is a good way to go until you can/want to afford a really nice witching hour.

After hitting 100 on a main, you feel the lack of things to do. Myself and a few others who I grp with who just hit 100 are feeling the same, so Il be on my monk most of the time now. If you love the game, you love the game. That DH I mentioned above, hes at Paragon 492. Meaning he almost has all 5 classes to 100 Paragon. He told us he might just do it all over again but with females on the same account. Haha :)
