Does anyone know if you get the mathiel drop crafting material off of any difficulty or just torment or master?

Any difficulty. The higher the difficulty the better the chance, but it's super low. |

I got the recipy 5/5 times on HC Mathael 1st kill, and 0/5 craftng material.

Yea I've gotten the recipe every time I first kill him too. I'm talkin about the crafting material

I got both 1st kill, but nothing on my 2nd kill with crusader. Thought and thinking about farming him, but he is so Damn scary.

He is scary. But if the material drops in any difficulty I'll gladly farm him in normal over and over just for the mat

Got mind today on T1 after three previous attempts at the same difficulty. Hope that helps! The bracers are awesome by the way.
