Definitely a Windforce with crit damage. Unfortunately they don't come close to Manticore DPS but I've always preferred bows.

Oh, 100 mil..
I'd get a rockin dead man's legacy (9+ crit, 18+ IAS, 200 dex, 100+ vit, hungering arrow) Then i'd get the witching hour belt or inna's favor to round out that 2 piece. Finally, if I had any left over, I'd get a trifecta necklace. |

Oh man...if I had a crap load of gold I'd go for vile wards with double stack lightning resists, 200 dex, 80 vit, and bonus to health globes. Then I would by an echoing fury coupled with an off hand that has 900+ dps, 100 dex, 900 LoH, Crit 80+, OS.
