To the point that I won't be able to afford a 5.5% CC one for some time. I've read that they're a very good "budget" helm for CM Wizards to be able to get enough CC and APOC to make the build work without spend a fortune on a Wand and Source each with APOC. Since CM Wizards can play at high MP levels, the experience bonus from a socket isn't an necessity. If they're not playing high MP levels, they're archon farming and using a different Helm, anyway. If nothing else, Storm Crows are worth less with a socket than with high CC.

Dropped this in Act 3, might be worth something...

@Baldy Good 1H XBow + reduced level take a little while to sell for me, but they always sell. You shouldn't have trouble moving it, but don't expect to get 10 million.

Found these about 12 hours after I bought some with only 1 socket

Yes they are being used by demon hunter. Yes I know dex isn't the greatest but I at least I can use on all my characters...

Here's an odd sight.

If you had asked me to name all the weapons that can roll with 2 sockets, I would not have come up with Skywarden. The official Game Guide isn't correct as I clearly rolled 3 Random Properties with a Str/Vit, Socket, and Bleed Damage roll. This is the equivalent of rolling a 1050 dps dual socket 180 Int Manticore. Stupid Int Manticores.

I found 6 legendaries last night after playing for like 4 hours. I broke down 2 of them, and I plan to sell the other 4. The best thing I found was my first Stone of Jordan.

any idea on how much this would sell for?

Considering they are allowing all Legendaries to drop in Inferno and roll level 63 stats in a future patch. Skywarden could end up being a very interesting item, the manticore of two handers.

A very future patch. :( The static base stat affixes on it are crap for a 2H'er so unless it rolls perfectly +strength, +damage%, 2 sockets it won't come close to a Skorn. I guess they might make a budget Skorn for people with two 80% Emeralds (budget seekers aren't going to have 60 million in Gems. :-P)

I remember we had a discussion on this at some earlier point, but notice the Socket visible in my un-identified Manticore. This is the first Manticore I loot, does all of them show the socket before ID?

Also... I picked this up on the most insane run ever. See the 5 unique's in my inventory. Looted all 5 of them in a 10 minute period.

Can't see the picture (at work) but if it shows 1 socket then it's the inherent one. Don't think it'll show the second possible socket as it's a random property.
And grats on that insane run. Highest I got were 2 legendaries in one run but that's an old story :(

hehe, yeah, unfortunately my baby cut that insane run short after the 10 minutes. Just image if I could play an hour or two at that rate.
