Found Singularity plan in Vault of the Assassins Act 2 Inferno

I found "Lost Boys" in Act II Sewers in Inferno

I recently found a Legendary plan in Whimsyshire! Not too much gold tho

ive found a plan and a few legendaries pretty much soley from act 2

I've only ever found 4 prop ones in act 1 inferno.

I am starting to think Legendary/Set plans do not exist, lol.

I already found some useless 4-affix Rare plans in Inferno, but after 150h of gameplay (half with high MF), still not a single Legendary/Set plan, nothing.

I am not that unlucky, I have found 12 Legendaries and 1 Set items/weapons.
Why are the plans so elusive? Is the drop rate that much lower than Legendary items/weapons?

the last few days, I've farmed Normal mode extensively with 300% base MF and got 4 or 5 Legendaries, but still no plan.

i've done about 415 Hours and have never seen the light of day of a Legendary plan, they must exist somewhere but personally have never found one :-)

Set Items, i've only found one Talrasha myself in Act2 pre patch

I really don't understand... either extremely bad luck or extremely low drop rate.
with 200%-300% base MF and 5xNV, I found many Legendary objets. But plans still elude me.

looks like we have to buy them if we want them :D

yeah although i would say 100 hours of that is leveling other chars to 60 so i cant really include those, so yeah, still 300h and no plans ;-)

Haven't found a legendary plan, but did find a nice rare plan.

was in act 3 public game taggin along with a barb and monk when one of those scorpion/spidery things dropped it.

I've heard the theory that high-level plans only drop on higher levels of difficulty. It's also possible that Exalted Plans are ilvl 61, Exalted Fine Plans are ilvl 62 and Exalted Grand and Unique Plans are ilvl 63 which just means they're far more likely to drop in Act 3 than Act 1 or 2.

I farm a lot and never saw a legendary plan thought i got a lot of grand plans and gem plans..but no legendary plan,i think they are really rare.

Post 1.04, I found 8 legendaries in act 3. Roughly 20 hours gameplayed

I found mine in act 2

I got a few gem plans but nothing special although i do not even recall it dropping i just ported to town and it was in my inventory so id hate to think how many i may have missed as there was nothing that stood out to me that i had gotten a plan

After the 1.04 Patch i have found several crappy plans act 2 and then i found another one today in act 4. Im running maybe 150-200mf with 5 stacks. It stills seems you need quite a bit of luck to find anything.

Yeah I've never found a legendary plan (like something to make Griswold's Masterpiece or Sage's Seekers or something). These seem to be unusually rare... Like the existence of finding any legendary/set plan has eluded me. And I farm act 3 with 200-250 MF consistently and I've been doing it since like June.

To be clear, I'm not talking about legendaries, (I've found like a dozen of those) set, (found 2 Nat's boots, Sage's Seekers, Zunimassa's Plague, Tal Rasha back when it was good) gem plans, (found every one through perfect star except emeralds), or rare plans (probably around 30 plans or more... I just sell duplicates). I have a TON of achievements too (like 4100) so some of those really annoying rare ones like the Haunted achievement and Bashanishu I have completed at some point. But in all my playing, I have never seen a legendary plan. So it seems to be like, the rarest thing in the game!

I'm playing inferno for awhile, and i have never found "ANY" of these nice things. i only recently found a balefire caster in Act2.

are plans glorified tomes of secrets?

I've found regular exalted and exalted fine plans in Acts 1 and 2. I started to farm Act 3 and Whimsyshire recently but no luck yet.

I have only found 1 jeweler plan and it was in Act 2 inferno. I would like to acquire more but they are too expensive at the moment.

I've found 3 rare plans in Act 1. They are the ones with 4 properties.
